Фонд социальных проектов «Наследие» на протяжении нескольких лет успешно реализует международный проект «Забытые имена». Член социалистической партии «Справедливая Россия - За Правду!», лидер движения «Патриоты Великого Отечества», писатель и публицист Николай Стариков высоко оценил работу по проекту.

 

Показать пример или Россия с павшими не воюет

 

В последнее время на Западе начали активную борьбу со всем русским. Стараются, чтобы гражданам России было неудобно, бедно, голодно и холодно. Но задолго до того, как в так называемом «цивилизованном мире» начали борьбу с ныне живущими русскими, началась борьба с теми, кто не может за себя постоять, кто пал за свободу своей страны, Европы и всего мира. С нашими бойцами, с их памятью и подвигами началась на Западе активная борьба, частью которой является и переписывание истории, ее фальсификация.

Бороться со всем этим можно и нужно разными способами. Вот об одном, поистине уникальном опыте, и хочется рассказать. Есть в Волгоградской области Фонд социальных проектов «Наследие».  Его целью является увековечивание памяти погибших при защите Отечества, создание и восстановление памятников военной истории, сохранение исторического наследия, как в России, так и за её пределами, развитие международных отношений.

 

Вот во имя всего вышеперечисленного и создали в Фонде международный проект «Забытые имена». Он появился, как …пример. Пример тем, кто пытается бороться с павшими воинами, с их памятью, с самой историей. Показать пример, как необходимо поступать с памятью – вот одна из идей, которую в Фонде социальных проектов «Наследие» решили воплотить в реальность!

А теперь о сути: одной из важнейших составляющих работы Фонда является поисковая деятельность. Ежегодно сотрудники Фонда совместно с поисковыми отрядами организуют и проводят многочисленные поисковые экспедиции, в ходе которых находят, поднимают останки павших наших воинов. Обязательно стараются найти родственников, если удается идентифицировать личность погибшего солдата, осуществляют торжественное перезахоронение.

 

И вот в период очередной экспедиции в мае 2021 года на территории Мальчевского сельского поселения Ростовской области были обнаружены останки 6 солдат, но только не Красной армии, а итальянской армии. Все погибшие итальянцы входили в состав одного артиллерийского расчета.

Тут стоит сказать, что на уровне военных организаций существует уважение к памяти павших солдат, есть межправительственные соглашения, согласно которым, захоронения наших солдат и солдат бывшего противника на нашей территории охраняются и сохраняются. Существуют подобные отношения и с итальянской стороной.  При этом стоит отметить, что именно в Италии среди стран Запада самое уважительное отношение к своим и чужим павшим солдатам и даже есть свой, особый подход. Итальянцы вывозят останки своих военнослужащих к себе и перезахоранивают их на своей территории. Есть строгий учет и желание установить все имена. Именно поэтому и возникло в Фонд социальных проектов «Наследие» показать итальянской стороне пример того, как нужно обходиться с поверженными противниками.

 

Россия с мертвыми не воюет!

Вместе с останками итальянских солдат были обнаружены элементы амуниции и снаряжения, смертных медальонов найдено не было, что не позволило быстро идентифицировать погибших. При этом, в учете своих потерь у итальянцев совсем небольшое число пропавших без вести, чья судьба и возможная могила неизвестны.

 

В ФГБУ «Российский центр судебно-медицинской экспертизы» Минздрава России Фондом был проведен тест ДНК, результаты которого должны стать основой для дальнейшей работы по идентификации личностей погибших. После этого сотрудники Фонда в рамках международного проекта «Забытые имена» обратились в МИД РФ, Россотрудничество, ассоциацию международного военно-мемориального сотрудничества «Военные мемориалы» и посольство Италии в Москве для того, чтобы установить судьбы и имена погибших солдат. 

Коллеги в Риме начали работу в архивах, пытаясь найти семьи погибших. Уже составлен предварительный список из нескольких десятков фамилий, чьими родственниками могут оказаться найденные в Ростовской области итальянские солдаты. У вероятных потомков найденных солдат будут сделаны тесты ДНК для проведения сравнительного анализа.

  В июле 2022 года специалисты Института этнологии и антропологии им. Н.Н. Миклухо-Маклая (ИЭА РАН) в рамках сотрудничества с Фондом социальных проектов «Наследие» восстановили прижизненный облик итальянцев на основе черепов методом М.М. Герасимова (это оказалось возможным только в отношении трех погибших, у которых сохранились черепа).

Графические изображения в стиле ретрофотографий и проделанная ранее работа значительно облегчат идентификацию.  Работа по данному проекту не закончена, в настоящее время идет поиск родственников погибших солдат, а их останки будут отправлены на Родину.

При этом из-за введенных против России санкций, даже этот процесс крайне затруднен: итальянский самолет не может прилететь в Россию, российский в Италию, а перелет «через Турцию» или транспортировка автотранспортом через третьи страны несет за собой невероятную сложность в оформлении и документации.

Хочется отметить, что итальянская сторона, ее дипломаты, военные атташе и структуры, занимающиеся возвращением своих павших солдат, были просто потрясены столь уважительным отношением российской стороны к останкам бывших противников.

Фонд «Наследие» показал пример, как необходимо действовать всем странам и народам, которые желают иметь право называть себя цивилизованным, к поверженным во время давно прошедших баталий, соперникам.

Точно также должны обращаться с памятью наших павших солдат Красной (Советской) армии, Российской императорской армии и всех тех патриотов России, кто отдал свою жизнь за Родину!

 

MOSTRA UN ESEMPIO O LA RUSSIA NON COMBATTE I CADUTI 

 

         Di recente, l'Occidente ha lanciato una lotta attiva contro tutto cio' che e' russo, cercando di far sentire i cittadini russi a disagio, poveri, affamati e infreddoliti.

Ma molto prima che il cosiddetto "mondo civilizzato" iniziasse a combattere contro i russi viventi, iniziò la lotta contro coloro che non potevano difendersi da soli, che morirono per la libertà del loro paese, dell'Europa e del mondo intero. In Occidente e' iniziata la lotta contro i nostri guerrieri, contro le loro gesta eroiche, riscrivendo e falsificando la storia.

         Si puo' e si deve opporsi a tutto cio' in modi diversi. Nella regione di Volgograd opera la Fondazione dei progetti sociali "Nasledie".  il cui scopo e’ perpetuare la memoria di coloro che sono morti difendendo la Patria, costruire e restaurare monumenti della storia militare, preservare il patrimonio storico sia in Russia che all’estero, nonche’ sviluppare le relazioni internazionali.

È in nome di tutto ciò che la Fondazione ha creato il progetto internazionale "Nomi dimenticati". È apparso come... un esempio. E' un esempio per chi cerca di combattere i soldati caduti, la loro memoria e la storia stessa. E' un esempio di come bisogna trattare la memoria. Ecco una delle idee che la Fondazione dei progetti sociali "Nasledie" ha deciso di implementare!

E veniamo ora al nocciolo della questione: e' una delle componenti più importanti delle attivita' svolte dalla Fondazione che è l’attività di ricerca. Ogni anno, gli addetti  della Fondazione, insieme ai team di ricerca, organizzano e conducono numerose spedizioni di ricerca, durante le quali trovano e recuperano i resti dei nostri soldati caduti. Cercano sicuramente di trovare i parenti, se riescono ad identificare il soldato deceduto, organizzano la sepoltura cerimoniale.

Ed ecco, nel corso della solita spedizione di ricerca nel Maggio 2021, sul territorio dell'insediamento rurale di Malchevsky nella regione di Rostov furono scoperti i resti di n 6 soldati, non dell'Armata Rossa, ma dell'esercito italiano. Tutti gli italiani morti facevano parte dello stesso equipaggio di artiglieria.

 

Vale la pena dire che a livello delle associazioni militari c'è stato sempre un rispetto verso la memoria dei soldati caduti, sono in vigore degli accordi intergovernativi che prevedono la protezione e la conservazione dei luoghi di sepoltura dei nostri soldati e dei soldati dell'ex nemico sul nostro territorio. Le relazioni simili le abbiamo anche con l'Italia.   Vale la pena notare che tra i paesi occidentali è proprio l’Italia che dimostra l’atteggiamento più rispettoso verso i propri e gli altri caduti, nonche un approccio speciale. Gli italiani rimpatriano i corpi dei loro soldati e li seppelliscono nel territorio italiano. Si tiene una contabilità rigorosa e c'e' anche la volonta' di identificare tutti i nomi. Ecco perché la Fondazione dei progetti sociali "Nasledie" ho voluto mostrare agli italiani come trattare gli avversari sconfitti.

 

La Russia non combatte i caduti!

Insieme ai resti dei soldati sono stati ritrovati elementi di munizioni e attrezzature. Purtroppo non sono stati trovati medaglioni postumi, il che ha reso impossibile identificare rapidamente i morti. Comunque, nel conteggio delle perdite, gli italiani rilevano un numero molto esiguo di persone scomparse, di cui non si conosce la sorte e l'eventuale tomba.

Presso il Centro russo di perizie medico-legali del Ministero della Salute russo, è stata effettuata l’analisi del DNA dei resti trovati, che in seguito potrà facilitare il processo di identificazione dei caduti. Successivamente gli addetti della Fondazione, nell'ambito del progetto internazionale “Nomi dimenticati”, hanno contattato il Ministero degli Affari Esteri russo, Rossotrudnichestvo, l'Associazione per la Cooperazione Militare Internazionale "Memoriali di Guerra", l'Ambasciata italiana a Mosca per stabilire il destino e i nomi dei soldati morti.

I colleghi a Roma hanno gia' iniziato a lavorare negli archivi, cercando di trovare le famiglie dei caduti. È già stato redatto un elenco preliminare di alcune decine di nomi i cui parenti potrebbero essere i soldati italiani ritrovati nella regione di Rostov. Verranno effettuati test del DNA sui probabili discendenti dei soldati ritrovati per analisi comparative.

Nel luglio del 2022 gli esperti dell’Istituto di Etnologia e Antropologia dell’Accademia delle Scienze Russa N.N. Miklouho-Maclay(IEA RAS) nell'ambito della collaborazione con la Fondazione dei progetti sociali "Nasledie", hanno ricostruito il volto degli italiani basandosi sui teschi con il metodo di M.M. Gerasimov (si è rivelato possibile soltanto in relazione a tre morti di cui erano conservati i teschi).

Le immagini grafiche stile retrofoto ed il lavoro precedente renderanno l'identificazione molto più semplice. Il lavoro su questo progetto non è terminato; attualmente è in corso la ricerca dei parenti dei soldati morti ed i loro resti saranno riportati in patria.

Inoltre, a causa delle sanzioni imposte alla Russia, anche questo processo diventa estremamente difficile: un aereo italiano non può volare in Russia, un aereo russo non può volare in Italia, e volare via Turchia o transitare con automezzi  attraverso paesi terzi comporta un'incredibile difficolta' nelle pratiche burocratiche.

Vorrei notare che la parte italiana, i suoi diplomatici, gli addetti militari e le strutture coinvolte nel rimpatrio dei soldati caduti sono rimasti semplicemente scioccati per l'atteggiamento così rispettoso da parte della Russia nei confronti dei resti degli ex avversari.

La Fondazione dei progetti sociali "Nasledie" ha dimostrato come tutti i paesi e i popoli che desiderano avere il diritto di definirsi civilizzati debbano agire nei confronti dei rivali sconfitti nelle battaglie del passato.

Allo stesso modo dovrebbe essere trattata la memoria dei nostri soldati caduti dell'Armata Rossa (sovietica), dell'Esercito Imperiale Russo e di tutti quei patrioti russi che hanno dato la vita per la Patria!

  

SHOW EXAMPLE OR RUSSIA DOES NOT FIGHT WITH THE FALLEN

But long before the so-called "civilized world" began to fight against the living Russians, the fight began against those who could not defend themselves, who died for the freedom of their country, Europe and the whole world. In the West, the fight against our warriors, against their heroic deeds, has begun, rewriting and falsifying history.

All this can and must be opposed in different ways. The "Nasledie" Social Projects Foundation operates in the Volgograd region, its goal is to perpetuate the memory of those who died defending the Motherland, to build and restore monuments of military history, to preserve historical heritage, both in Russia and abroad, and to develop international relations.

In the name of all that the Foundation created the international project "Forgotten Names". It appeared as… an example. It is an example for those who seek to fight fallen soldiers, their memory and history itself. It is an example of how memory should be treated. Here is one of the ideas that the "Nasledie" Social Projects Foundation has decided to implement!

And now we come to the heart of the matter: research is one of the most important components of the activities carried out by the Foundation. Every year, Foundation staff, together with search teams, organize and conduct numerous search expeditions, during which they find and recover the remains of our fallen soldiers. They definitely try to find relatives, if they manage to identify the deceased soldier, they organize the ceremonial burial of the deceased.

And behold, during the next search expedition in May 2021, on the territory of the Malchevsky rural settlement in the Rostov region, the remains of 6 soldiers not from the Red Army but from the Italian army, were discovered. All the dead Italians were part of the same artillery crew.

It is worth saying that at the level of military associations it is always respect for the memory of fallen soldiers, intergovernmental agreements provide for the protection and conservation of the burial places of our soldiers and soldiers of the former enemy on our territory. We have similar relationships with Italy too. It is worth noting that among Western countries it is Italy that shows the most respectful attitude towards its own and other fallen soldiers, as well as a special approach. The Italians repatriate the bodies of their soldiers and bury them on Italian soil. There is strict accounting and a desire to establish all names. That is why at the "Nasledie"  Social Projects Foundation it arose to show to the Italians  how to deal with defeated opponents.

Russia does not fight with the fallen!

Together with the remains of the soldiers, elements of ammunition and equipment were found. Unfortunately, no posthumous medallions were found, which made it impossible to quickly identify the dead. However, in accounting for their losses, the Italians have a very small number of missing people, whose fate and possible grave are unknown.

Therefore, a DNA test was conducted at the Russian Forensic Medical Center of the Russian Ministry of Health, the results obtained should provide a basis for further work to identify the remains founded. After that, the Fund's employees turned to the Russian Foreign Ministry, Rossotrudnichestvo, the Association of International Military Memorial Cooperation "War Memorials" and the Italian Embassy in Moscow in order to reveal the fate and names of the dead soldiers.

The colleagues in Rome started working in the archives, trying to find the families of the deads. A preliminary list of several dozen names has already been compiled, whose relatives may be the Italian soldiers found in the Rostov region. The probable descendants of the found soldiers will have DNA tests done for comparative analysis.

In July 2022, experts from N.N. Miklouho-Maclay Institute of Ethnology and Anthropology (IEA RAS) together with the "Nasledie" Social Projects Foundation, reconstructed the faces of Italians based on skulls with the method of M.M. Gerasimov (it turned out to be possible only relating to three deads whose skulls were preserved).

The retrophoto style graphics and previous work will make identification much easier. Work on this project is not complete; the search is currently underway for the relatives of the dead soldiers and their remains will be brought home.

Furthermore, due to the sanctions on Russia, also it becomes extremely difficult: an Italian plane cannot fly to Russia, a Russian plane cannot fly to Italy, and flying via Turkey or transiting transport through third countries involves an incredible bureaucratic difficulties.

The Foundation of Social Projects "Nasledie" has demonstrated how all countries and peoples who wish to have the right to call themselves civilized must act towards rivals defeated in battles of the past.

The memory of our fallen soldiers of the Red Army (Soviet), the Imperial Russian Army and all those Russian patriots who gave their lives for the Motherland should be treated in the same way!
